To promote HTL tours, we will provide your organization with digital images of our tours and destinations. We receive reservations through our offices. During your convention, we set up a complimentary tour booth adjacent to the delegate registration area. We take onsite registrations (space permitting) and offer restaurant/dining information and on-your-own site seeing tips.
If any tour is cancelled because of insufficient registration, your organization is under no financial obligation.
